He left a will before 18 February 1682 at 32 acres of land...Salters Farm, Braintree; Samuel Bass, Sr., Joseph Crosby & John Saville, executor to the will of Wm. Savell, deceased, all of Braintee, exchanged land with Lt. Edmund Quincey of Braintree, giving him "thirty & two acres of land & meadow...Salters Farm.

George Bower was Planter. He lived before 1637 at Scituate. He was FREEMAN on 7 March 1637 at Scituate. He moved to at Plymouth Colony, D. He was Elected M on 5 March 1639 at Plymouth Colony; Constable for the whole of that town. He was Appointed in 1640 at Scituate; He & son-in-law Richard Knowles & John Barnes (3 closest neighbors) to procure timber for new county jail. He purchased land of PO} in 1640 at Eele River, Scituate; sold by Govenor Winslow, with condition he could partly buy back sahould he want to live there. A dozen or more Plymouth men contracted for building a bartque on shares, a sixteenth part each to Mr. William Bradford, John Atwood, George Bower, Edward Bangs, and others. He moved to at Cambridge, D; for the education of his children. He married Elizabeth Worthington on 15 April 1649 at Cambridge. George Bower married Barbarie (?). George Bower left a will on 8 November 1656 at Cambridge; He didn't mention his daughter Ruth Knowles, but bequeathed to his wife, his sons Benanuel, John, & Jerathmeel & young daughters Patience & Silance. He died before 30 December 1656; Probate.
